Join us for a grounding Pilates session designed to reset your body, improve alignment, and build strength through mindful movement. This all-levels flow focuses on moving with intention and easing into the year feeling centred and energised.
After class, stay and enjoy nourishing bites in a relaxed, social setting. No rush, no pressure, just movement, food, and good energy.
